# R09 rollback

Before core:
- restore exact old `admin.py` SHA `9f9dc7dd49613c9a45c27d1895eeb91a19a372a2c9cc8aad96fc755445754f1d`;
- restore exact old `wg-access-expire-subscriptions.sh` SHA `2faf906be854aff24cd32dcbd9b15855a77ff01c6538e1c1d07f73b640f05cad`;
- controlled-restart `wgaccess-backend`;
- require backend health;
- do not touch the database.

After core (`CORE_CHANGE_COMPLETE=true`):
- do not automatically restore the legacy writer/caller;
- a later Machine Git/report/publication failure is continuation work.

R09 performs no DB/schema mutation and no production credential-key creation.
