The public payload remains denylist-safe. The history repair preserves both mismatched reports: current latest is later moved by the publisher to the original old name, while the pre-existing old variant is retained under a unique forensic name.
The same safe-payload builder is used for PASS and best-effort STOP reports, preventing recurrence of SUSPICIOUS_PATH during failure publication.
A later VM130 workflow-hardening STEP should generalize project_source_post_* classification, shared safe evidence mapping, and first-class forensic handling for HISTORY_COLLISION_MISMATCH.
